Ok so my ex FA contacted me a week ago like y’all know and we’ve been talking everyday like before.
The thing is, I’m kinda like numb. I really really want to just walk away and not answer his calls and texts anymore. If he stopped calling tomorrow, I’d be relieved
I sat down with myself and tried to feel and I’m realizing that I’m scared of getting hurt.
I feel like I’m so over this I want to bail :-(

Could be as simple as you've reached your breaking point, we all reach it eventually. Youre in the Im done with it now.
Your fear of getting hurt is warranted with him, hes hurt you, its not just in your head like an attachment fear based on attachment, its real. Not all our fears, etc are attachment, its human.

I feel like I’m so over this I want to bail :-( Trust your gut feeling - the best predictor of future behaviors is past behavior- your body and mind may be trying to protect you legitimately this time.
