The desire to be important

I understand Ocarina....i had hoped that I could navigate friendship with B much easier then this. I can appreciate that my proclamations of staying stuck and then posting how difficult this is, smacks as a form of me choosing to stay in a little girl's realm and not willing to grow up...but what I am finding is that I am actually better suited to a gradual release rather then cutting ties...cutting ties typically propelled me to find someone else to fixate on and the pattern of falling for someone who may not be suitable starts all over again. As long as I focus on healing and not trying to win B back, then I can come out the other side.
