I think I'm going to use you as my role model for a better life let's walk a ways together, i am here still healing and happy to be a "part of" instead of "way over there". come on in, the water's fine! 🤗

I think part of works with the anxiety is to not associate it with the other person that you miss....own it as my own anxiety..even if it feels like it is a result of missing B...because that is how an anxious preoccupied becomes autonomous....owning our feelings as independent and not a result of "others". Making it about others keeps the focus external and keeps the cycle of longing and blame.
