I've been struggling with the urge to do something radical too. In my case, I keep fantasizing about moving to a new city. On the one hand, it would cause financial hardship. I'd have to give up my easy, fun jobs and my rent-controlled house, plus all the friends I've made in 15 years of living here. I don't really know where I'd go, it's a scary, lonely thought starting over all alone somewhere. The benefits: perhaps a new/bigger dater pool. And, more importantly, I could relax my vigilance around trying to avoid running into certain exes (the NPD's, FA's, and EU's.) The very presence of them in the same venue often puts me in a self-conscious, bad mood and I can't stand it. Something well worth considering hey. I'm going to start viewing some boats and see where it takes me. I'm ready for a radical change and all the new experiences that offers. There is such a community spirit amongst the boat pontoon. I'm not rushing into anything and praying on it lots and handing it over. If its ment to be it will be x

Hey Hels! Okay I'll talk you down, lul. Boats are rocky, claustrophobic, dangerous in storms and hurricanes, can make you sea sick, and extremely dangerous if you meet jaws or that giant squid guy, or if you have a medical emergency. Also Dexter had a boat so he could dump dead bodies. Just saying. <3 haha I love this. Ok maybe a fantasy who knows. It would be moor up in falmouth Cornwall so we can out rule jaws at least lolz Xx Wow! What a beautiful place. I went there once, back in 1990. Some people do love living on boats. I know some who do.

how about a boat-based holiday just to see how it goes? I've heard of people doing airbnb in boats, and also a celebrity family where i came from (3 kids) did exactly what you said - live their lives on a boat and sailed around. techcrunch.com/2013/02/20/boatbound-aibnb-for-boats/

I say go for it... It sounds like a fantastic adventure! (but then I'm a reckless FA so probably not the best advice ๐)
