A few regular practices have been making my life happier:
Meditation Embodiment Good sleep Decent food Working less Taking time for myself Regularly seeing friends
Today is such a happy day for me, though it was a normal and fairly busy workday. I slept well and woke early, ate decent meals, started the day with a meditation and took some time in my day to enjoy a massage. Now I am chilling with some jazz, a glass of wine and some olives. Just simple things for self care and living life in a relaxed way.
