I was watching tv (Arrow) and there are some great lines that capture quite aptly alot of my AP thoughts, in a calmer manner. when i was with my ex, there were various versions of these two lines in multiple situations, in which i was left out of decisions, conversations, and situations, and I usually found out post-hoc. this of course just triggered me more and made me feel really used and unloved and manipulated.
1. if you loved me, telling me things would be a relief, not a burden.
2. marriage is about inclusion, not about leaving out your partner when things get complicated. and once again, you've left me out of the decisions.
