It seems like all along she just wanted to keep things light and casual. She didn’t make any attempt to take things to the next level physically or emotionally it seems. I don’t think this necessarily is a sign of an avoidant. It’s hard to tell bc you never got close enough to trigger her alarms as that usually happens when someone becomes more closely attached.
She may very well be avoidant but her level of interest didn’t seem to match yours in the beginning or over the months, so I’d chalk her up to a mismatch and try to go forward moving more slowly in your own head until you’re sure the person you’re seeing reciprocates your feelings. She wasn’t having it “didn’t feel a spark” sums it up and is very honest. Definitely take it slower next time and if gifts aren’t well received and appreciated, along with texts and calls, take this as a big cue and pull way back and find others to date. That way your mind isn’t as preoccupied w one person. Good luck....
