youtu.be/zjlromHj7lUSince we’ve talked a lot on the boards about DA vs FA, I think this would be good to share. It’s a great channel- I just discovered!

Thanks for finding this faithopeloveI listened to this link last night while going to bed. Unfortunately I fell asleep so I need to listen to it again, but what I remember was really good (the bit about enmeshment trauma resonates for me), I'll definitely give the other videos on her channel a listen as well.

She speaks of the attachments without being judgmental too, which is a plus!!

I also really found her videos insightful and clear. I watched a couple of them. The DA one, I felt, put a couple of pieces together for me that I kind of "knew" but hadn't quite organized into a clear understanding. The one on how do you tell someone's attachment style in early dating was interesting--I am in this somewhat budding thing with a guy who is super consistent in communication, but super relaxed about how often we meet--and she tagged that as DA approach thing (not a triggered thing) and explained the perspective from that side, which was so interesting. Thank you, FHL!

Yeah I’ve listened to a few different ones and I find Thais Gibson to be the best at explaining things without judgement. I’ve listened to Briana Macwilliam and she’s good too but her videos run a lot longer, she gets a little more intellectual with responses and sometimes I sense a slight judgement for the APs.
