There is a lot of info on the web that I cannot relate to and seems very harsh about DA. But there is also some I find that really hits the nail on the head in terms of the internal mechanisms and sadness and fear of the dismissive style. A more compassionate view. I would like to collect the little gems I find here, as I am currently trying to stay aware and in fact understand more deeply how I am hurt and how I can heal it up. It's such a long process, and there are not many therapists I have found to be truly enlightened about it. Maybe it will help other styles here understand more too, idk. I'll just stick them here as I run across them doing my searching. www.goodtherapy.org/blog/ending-anxious-avoidant-dance-part-1-opposing-attachment-styles-0518174
