Well, I am going to detach myself from my FA for now for my own sanity. Last week I read the book Codependent No More and it kind of shed some light as I was walking on eggshells as the more anxious partner in our relationship. Anyway, I told him i read a book and he said, “which one? I’d love to read something that would help me”. That book doesn’t really apply to him as a major avoidant.. anyone have any good recs besides Attached which seems a bit basic, he is already fully aware he is avoidant and also besides Wired For Love which seems a bit cheesy.. something that was written for the avoidant? Also open to any titles re: trauma...

Also open to any titles re: trauma... In my opinion anything on mindfulness could be very helpful. I love the power of Now by Eckhart Tolle and would suggest anyone of any background check it out at one point.
