Encouragement

Hi everyone!

I do not mean for this to put down anyone that hurt us. Of course we should all hope everyone finds their happy.

But


It is so interesting to read over and over again such similarity in our ex's moving on so fast. How hard it is to know they are "happy" while the other is suffering.
I am right there and it has been torture.

Maybe my meds are kicking in but lets be real. We are going to win in the end.
We are facing the cold hard truths of our issues and grieving. We are trying to understand ourselves and do better. It absolutely sucks to be honest. So many times I realize how I just jumped right into another man to make it feel better. How has that worked for me? The same way it is going to work for them in time.

It's not.

Do the work and don't distract yourselves with another woman or man. 
Don't think for a minute that those ex's have changed or somehow it was all you. That is false. It may seem that way but eventually everyone has to face their truth. 
Face yours and realize in time its YOU that is going to come out of this on top.
Try and hold space for that.
