You can try this exercise, and keep on doing the exercise until you feel a shift in your body, you yearn ect.:
Sit on a chair, feel the chair supporting you, feel your seat knots, legs and feet.
Then with open palm and moving palm out in front of body , push and hold at a distance as if pushing away and keeping something at a distance but maining contact. Do it in slow motion.
Personal space. Move arms out to side and up/down like jumping jack, but slower and only use arms (not legs). Engage deltoid muscles.
Push one leg out in slow motion with your foot flexed. Like if you were a baby pushing yourself out of the birth canal. Use one leg and then shift to the other leg. Do it until you feel a shift in your body. While sitting down at the chair.
