Sorry to hear that you're going through this, but what you're describing isn't a relationship. It sounds like an emotional affair with someone who is married.
He has a lot to hide - his life outside of work - and his interactions with you.
That's not Dismissive Avoidant - although perhaps he could be in whatever life he's hiding from you.
