That’s my problem. Always trying to preserve the status quo, at all costs. So, not actually solving anything.

Is it to keep the peace to as to avoid conflict/punishment/abandonment? I can relate to an extent as especially in the past I had major people pleasing tendencies and “keeping the peace” was number one priority above ever bringing things up |
