Found this today after listening to an Evan Makcartz podcast. There is some swearing, unnecessary at times in my opinion, (giving you a heads up if you really can't deal with it) but lots of insights. I haven't read the blog a lot but the Facebook page has some really awesome posts! My favourite:

I also see this as forgivingness towards ourselves. I certainly felt bat-shit crazy at times just by being there in that situation watching the crazy making unfold. Drowning in crazy and doing nothing about it.
