Your legs and feet:
Are you charlie chaplin and do you put your feet out. This is often men's position
An active fighter type
Yoga
- butterfly
- yoga squat
- mountain pose
- forward bend
- warrior 1
- yoga squat

- hand on your heart and hand on your belly
Or are your feet rotated inward. A more introverted and cautious and slightly insecure type.
Shake your body and stand again and notice your natural position.

Your legs are part of your foundation. Your foundation starts up at the hip area and goes all the way down to your feet. The feet are the first to hit the ground.

It protects us.
It can be hard to stand on the ground.
It can be hard to move forward or you can be moving too fast.
Do you have ekstra fat on your thighs: Here lies the gall bladder medridian. This can be a sign that you have stored some hidden anger.
How do your legs carry you when you are walking around in the world?
How are they doing?
Are they locked?
Do you have overstretched or locked knees - are you a little insecure and cautious?
Are your feet straight or does one foot stand differently than your other foot?
The more rigid you are in your joints, the less tendency you have to bow to others.
Your knees and elbows are connected to your solar plexus - all the way to your core.
If you have flexible knees, you can better accommodate yourself and others
A rigid body is an inflexible type
A hypermobile body is a type with weak boundaries
Feminie/masculine:
The right side is your masculine energy, and the left side is your feminine energy - ( if you are right-handed.)
If you are left handed, the two halves of the brain are inverted. Here the right side is feminine and the left side is masculine. But it depends on what is behind which hand you use.
You reach out for life with your feminine energy.
Do you have a lot of muscle in your legs? - then you can have a good grounded foundation.
If there are cellulite on your legs/thies - then it can be a sign that something has stagnated.
