Yoga is good for osteoporosis.
However, do not get too deep in forward bends. It can cause pain. You need to be aware that the bones are "crazy". Yoga exercises have an incredibly beneficial effect on the body, and can be part of the exercise you can benefit from to keep the body supple and active, even with osteoporosis.
Make sure to create more selfworth/self-esteem as osteoporosis is about not supporting yourself enough, difficulty saying no from time to time, being fearful and worrying.
Yoga for the water element is good, just do the yoga you feel like as it is all good for osteoporosis. Exercise that is weight-bearing (strength training and running is also good) balance exercises in yoga are also good.

Your feet tell me a story - most often from the time around the womb, birth or the beginning of your life🙏 If you have experienced trauma during this time, it may give a feeling of not belonging here on earth Lack of security/safety The feeling of being from another planet and be happy to space out somehow 👾
I often see that this is related to the appearance of your feet. When you lie down, your feet may tend to make this "wave" 🌊 Like if you wore high-heeled shoes (on) 👠👡 The body's distribution of energy and appearance tells that there is a feeling of not being fully grounded on the ground. You Do not dare to plant the whole sole in the ground and be here on Earth.
Especially children who walk on their toes may have this tendency, because it tells something about the beginning of life.
So do not force them or yourself to "walk properly", but support them/yourself in feeling their/your body, getting down into it and feeling safe. And the same goes for YOU as an adult 🙏 Focus on grounding and feeling your body
Bare feet in nature, hug a tree, body scan, exercise, hug your body with your hands, do breathwork, meditation - like the active osho meditations, so you do not so easily fly higher up in spiritual layers 🔮
