ENFP or ENFJ... I test borderline with P and J traits. I am FA. Wow...I also recently tested more ENFP but am usually ENFJ....very high F. |

I am ENFP and my FA is INTP we just did the test together and laughing over how freakily accurate it is We are both FA That is really interesting because my ex tested ENTP and I am ENF (J)(P) I voted ENFJ...but have also turned up ENFP as well. |

I don’t know.  I’ve been in counseling for a while...years but never knew anything about attachments types until I started seeing a new counselor. I was telling her about a guy that I dated and what he did and she said he has an avoidant attachment. I was like what?  She told me to read the book attached by Levine and heller. I’m doing that and reading everything I can on the internet. I just found you guys tonight and I’m so happy. I’m really pretty crazy about this guy. I swear we are so made for each other. Emotionally and sexually and intimately I suppose. I want to so bad jump in w him that I’ll do and be hopefully whatever he needs. But I’m not sure that I could sustain He’s I think. DA - he’ll love home me then I won’t hear a peep for days on enemd. I do know I’m a planner. Help! And thank you. |

HI and welcome....attachment styles can be pretty confusing...best piece of advice...try not to take his distancing personally...just do your own thing. That is going to be challenging...especially if you are Anxious. Keep a journal so you can write out your thoughts and feelings while apart. |

And I'm sorry for the frustration and pain that you are feeling right now. There are many here that completely understand what you are going though a every different stage and various Attachment Styles. Everyone, from what I have seen since I've been posting, is committed to doing what they can to heal themselves. You'll hopefully find some answers here and support. It has not been easy for any of us, no matter what our attachment style. But know that you are not alone. |
