It actually started yesterday and I can't really explain it other than to say that the fog has lifted and my momentary (as in week and a half) of being completely trapped in fearful thoughts is over. I now have a much more reflective attitude and am able to again be loving towards myself. I think our journeys are never as straight lined as we would like...there are ups and downs and I want to thank everyone who has supported me when I have been down and encouraged me when I am back up. I am blessed by this community and by all the posters who take time to read, reflect and respond or like my posts. Thank you!! Much appreciation!!

i'm so glad the fog lifted for you! my experience of healing has been that it is not an arrow straight trajectory upward, far from it. Like in nature- it comes in cycles, ebbs and flows. it gets dark and the sun rises again holding on to what you've gained when you experience a setback is important. we don't get wiped out to ground zero even tho it feels like it sometimes. I'm glad this community has been helpful to you. me too!

So glad you are feeling better, tnr9. Remember this because you can move your mind back to this feeling and generate again.
I'm like you, future. Weekends are worst for me. I always imagine my ex feeling joyous and fulfilled, while i feel sad and lonely.
