It seems so crazy, sounds so unreal- when I first heard of inner child work I scoffed actually. But I heard a woman who overcame love addiction (someone I knew personally) describe her experience and she helped me realize a younger part of myself operating. I wish I could explain it well, I know there are a lot of books about it but I wouldn't know which to recommend. Maybe someone will come along to help.
