(people with some desorganized attatchmentstyle and people with some anxious preoccupied (ambivalent) attatcmentstyle often have a tendency to go into victim mode)
Victim mentality exercise:
Take a piece of paper Write down on a piece of paper all the times you have gone into a victim mode within the last month, the last week, Yesterday, last year etc.
Notice everytime
Victim mentality: - I should - I could - anger (if you are angry at another person) - jealousy ect.
For every sentence write down - I choose to xxx - I choose not to xxx - I love to xxx
You will get more energy to do what you want to do..
Put yellow post it notes around your house
Do this Homework every day for the next 3 weeks
