Off topic..but since it as asked... happyidiot ....my cat is still FA....he will follow me around like a dog, but if I say no to him for any reason...he will pounce on my ankles. He also started chewing on electrical cords...so had to put him in time out several times yesterday....but I still love him.  Thanks for the update tnr9 always a joy to hear about your FA cat! |

Lol...it's more like...he wants attention but I am working...so he will get up on my desk and when I put him back on the floor he will snort (like he is all huffy) and then he will try to bite at my hand and my ankles....but then later he will rub up against my legs and purr..so he is really conflicted. |

Does he still have his family jewels? I used to have a fat beautiful cat just like this and he relaxed a lot after being castrated. I also bought a thing called Feliway Diffuser www.feliway.com/ whenever I felt I was going to be out of the house more often and it helped a lot. I love kitties with big personalities  he must be adorable. |

Andy, now I'm totally trying to figure out what a Halloween costume that was a "ghost" as in someone who never returned a text/email would look like....hmmmm!!!! The gender stuff in this thread is interesting. If I was single I'd probably just focus on dating women, but I sure like fantasizing about the first boyfriend I had. He's also the only person I've really enjoyed kissing in my life. I wonder if attachment style stuff is part of why I find kissing to just be mostly weird (except with that one first boyfriend who I'd totally peg for a DA, and if not he's certainly a lady's man, except now he seems so happily married. Maybe he met a nice secure one). If I had more of a secure attachment style would I like kissing more and not think it was weird? Or, again, have I always been with the wrong people? See we could go round and round. That's what I was thinking about too! I picture it as a ghost, maybe the ghost emoji, with a text message bubble pinned to the front asking something like, "Are we still on for tonight?" with a texting or messaging read receipt but no reply. Don't even get me started on wondering what weird things to do with my sexuality have to do with my attachment issues. Hey all, just a playful and goofy something here. Huge props to happyidiot for the ghost costume concept which I totally used for Hallowe'en this year, as promised (told you I was not kidding). Below is a super unrecognizable me as ghost - as in a person who ghosts you, or sparkly phantom ex, as you prefer! This one is for you, happyidiot leavethelighton epicgum ![]()  - edited to make face and background unrecognizable and overall image way more disturbing!!!! Unfortunately I edited out blood at corner of mouth but just know that it is there.    |

andy, I'm so excited to see this! But the photos didn't attach. I also suggested this to a friend who asks me for a costume idea each year, considered it, but went with something else. So I am doubly excited to see how one actually turned out!

Thanks everyone! The funniest and most meta part: the reason I had time to make a new costume on Saturday afternoon and not just reuse an old one was that someone from Tinder cancelled a second date with me and called off the dating sitch generally. And said she would add me on Facebook for future friend hangs but did not. Lolololol.
I think making the costume was more fun than going on the date, tho...
